At Hope Global Ministry, we are dedicated to transforming lives through a range of impactful and community-driven projects. Our initiatives are focused on skill development, entrepreneurship, rural livelihood promotion, and socio-economic upliftment of underserved communities, particularly women, youth, and marginalized groups across Nagaland.

We proudly partner with national and regional agencies to deliver sustainable, market-relevant training and development programs.

PMKVY Special Project – Skill India Mission

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 3.0), a flagship scheme by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Hope Global Ministry has been implementing skill development programs in Mon and Tuensang districts of Nagaland.
Key Highlights:

  • Registered Training Partner of NSDC

  • Training provided to 360 youth in Healthcare job roles

  • On-the-Job Training (OJT) for real-world exposure

  • Aligned with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)

NABARD – Rural Livelihood & Empowerment Initiatives

In collaboration with the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), we are executing multiple grassroots-level programs to uplift rural communities:

  • Rural Haats: Empowering local producers and artisans through organized market spaces

  • Skill Training in Tailoring: Focused on women and youth to enable income generation

  • Micro-Enterprise Development: Promoting sustainable self-employment opportunities

Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC)

Under the guidance of KVIC, we are offering training in:

  • Cake Baking & Confectionery

  • IT & Computer Skills

  • Tailoring & Readymade Garment Production
    These programs help integrate traditional skills with modern market demands, especially for rural entrepreneurs and artisans.

NECBDC – Cane & Bamboo Livelihood Training

Supported by the North East Cane and Bamboo Development Council (NECBDC), this project promotes eco-friendly entrepreneurship through:

  • Skill development in Cane & Bamboo utility item production

  • Scientific and sustainable training methodologies

  • Market linkage and product innovation

  • Cultural preservation and income generation for rural artisans
